Coaching Services - For You

Coaching affects your whole life. It is important that balance is maintained so that, for example, you do not concentrate on advancement in your career at the expense of your health or relationships.

People come to coaching for many different reasons but the bottom line is always that they want to be fulfilled in all areas of their lives.

The first item on your agenda for coaching will be to determine what your goals are so that you can design your plan of action. We then need to check that these goals are in line with your values (Are You Being True to Yourself).

The next stage involves having a good look at your current situation and identifying anything that might get in the way of achieving your goals. This is a vital step and will throw light on the reasons why you haven't already achieved them. These reasons can be anything from not having enough time or money to lacking the confidence to try and they need to be addressed in order for you to move forward.

Then comes the fun part! You start getting nearer to your goals.

If you are serious about making positive changes to your life, please bear in mind that it has taken a while to get to where you are now, so it's going to take time to get to where you want to go. I ask my clients to be prepared to commit to working with me for at least 3 months and to weekly appointments for the first month. Results will come quickly provided you are prepared to make the effort and, remember, I will be there to guide and encourage you every step of the way.
