About Me

With a varied corporate background in customer service, sales support, business development and finance, I first became interested in personal development some 15 years ago - both for myself and my staff.

Graduating from the Life Coaching Academy (LCA) in June 2001 and the Newcastle College (Business Performance Coaching Diploma) in August 2002, I am also accredited as a Senior Coach with the European Coaching Institute and a charter member of Coachville in the USA.

In 2002 I attained Principal Coach status with the LCA and provided mentoring for student coaches and led regular local meetings and Teleclasses to assist their studies. I was also responsible for assessing part of the students' practical and written submissions in accordance with requirements of the Surrey & Regional Open College Network, with whom the course is accredited.

I founded Your Life In Your Hands in 2001 and offer coaching services for individuals and business owners, life skills and motivational workshops to local community groups
